1 / Only subscribers can buy tickets – need to subscribe go to “create an account”.
2 / Only 5 tickets maximum, by purchaser and transaction.
3 / Any automatic processes or software to access this website is prohibited.
4 / The venue will refuse access to anybody who falsified, changed, and modified a ticket.
5 / All purchases are final and not refundable or transferable.
How it works
1 / To validate a transaction, each ticket purchased must be assigned a name (3 tickets purchased= 3 different names, for example)
2 / After validation of the transaction, Showsintheus.com confirms by message in your page: “ticket” section.
3 / The buyer has to print the message in his page to get the tickets. To access to the venue, the buyer or holder has to bring the message pages (tickets) to the venue box office. The venue will ask each person for ID to verify name.
4 / If the buyer did not get the message with the ticket purchased in his page or “ticket” section, he needs to contact as soon as possible our customer service by email/message through Showsintheus.com.
Refunds & exchanges
1 / You or the holder understand and agree, if you purchase or get a ticket from a buyer, for any reason, Showsintheus.com or the venue won’t exchange or refund. All purchases are final. Showsintheus.com or the venue will not issue a refund for a lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, modified ticket(s) or for a ticket claimed to be “not delivered”.
2 / The buyer is responsible for the tickets purchased.
Prohibited Actions
1 / DO NOT Modify or try to change any information in any ticket purchased.
2 / Unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation.
3 / Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void.
